Taylor Swift HIIT Workout | Intense NO REPEAT Cardio Workout | Low Impact Cardio Mods Shown

This video may be my favorite workout video yet because.... TAYLOR SWIFT. This is a 13 minute Taylor Swift HIIT workout that is some pretty intense cardio, but jamming out to t-swift makes it way more fun. There are also no repeat exercises too! Additionally, it is a no equipment workout and as always, I show low impact (no jumping) modifications for each jumping exercise. I do this so that those who live in an apartment or need knee-friendly exercises, can do this HIIT workout! I picked 4 of Taylor’s songs for this cardio workout, which was incredibly hard to do. lol I could only use songs that she has the rights to (obviously) so there are no songs from 1989 or Red... but once she re-records those, you bet I will do a part 2! I tried my best to stay on the beat of the song and I recommend you do the same! It will help you with pacing and each exercise flies by. NOTE: If 13 minutes is too hard for you, pause the video & rest. Do not feel ashamed for having to take a rest or slow down. There are also modifications for the jumping exercises in case you would rather swap out one of the HIIT exercises for the no jumping version.
