Dragon Ball Super | Gohan Vs Goku Soundtrack (Dobos, Kageyama, Smith, Sumitomo, Satō) | By Gladius

This is a very special track I wanted to make after reading the latest chapter of the DB Super Manga. There’s something truly celebratory about Goku sparring with his son, Gohan after all these years. When it came to the music, I wanted it to feel like a celebration of Dragon Ball, a medley of some of the greatest hits, both from the Japanese and American score. This is the most composers I’ve arranged together at once, including Hironobu Kageyama responsible for “Cha-La Head-Cha-La”, Norihito Sumitomo for “Limit Break x Survivor” and the Ultra Instinct Theme, Mike Smith with “Gohan Angers”, Julius Dobos and “New Earth Music”, and finally the main theme from DB Super: Super Hero written by Naoki Satō. In the beginning, I felt it not only appropriate, but moving to use “New Earth Music” as Goku & Gohan both get ready to fight, bowing to each other.
