Steve Francis went from being a house hold name to forgotten about, He lead the Houston Rockets to the 2003-04 playoffs averaging 19 points 7 assists and 8 rebounds. He had a handle like no other, and a great ability to drive and get to the basket. He could dunk and shoot the ball, but the question is, was he a NBA great or bust.
