Led Zeppelin - Misty Mountain Hop - Cover - TVRTS

The Vibe Remains The Same, a Led Zeppelin tribute act, live at Barrymore’s in Ottawa, as previously mentioned we are no longer active. The keyboards were not recorded to the board by accident for the whole show, I have tried to compensate after the fact by blending in audio from one of the cameras with some success. Furthermore, on a few of the songs some small sections were mysteriously not recorded to the board at all, so I have to rely on what audio I can use from the cameras for these parts. This is obvious on some of the other videos of songs from this show I have posted. Having three cameras was expensive, and we only did it once, so I am trying to salvage all I can and share it with those of you who enjoy this sort of thing and love Led Zeppelin as much as we do. This footage is about twenty years ago. As luck would have it, we can now hear the keyboards and Steve adds some nice harmony bits to the guitar solo as well as Denis on backing vocals on this song and depending on what you are listening to this on, Chris Strang’s bass drum has its moments as well. Just before the guitar solo, you can hear a member of the audience speak, picked up by the camera that was set up close to the sound board. Al LaBelle vocals, Dan Ferguson guitar, Steve Geyer keyboards, Chris Strang drums and Denis St Amour bass. Misty Mountain Hop written by John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant. #ledzeppelin #tribute #canada #live #performance #cover
