City and Sony Host ‘Breaking Bad’ Statue Unveiling Event

July 29 at 1 p.m., the City of Albuquerque joins Sony Pictures and the cast and crew of Breaking Bad to unveil the new ‘Breaking Bad’ statues donated to the City by Sony Pictures and Vince Gilligan to celebrate the impact the show had on Albuquerque’s film and tourism economy. Following the conclusion of the private ceremony, the Convention Center doors will remain open for public viewing of the statues.
