Rose is the only character that is hittable at 6 frames, right after the super. With the right spacing, big thanks to Doopliss, I was able to land the Ultra1. Counter hit hp srk, lp super on 2nd hit, Mk tatsu, Ultra1 Had to get Doopliss to check it for me, and it was nice to nerd out with him again. #!/tid=CUSA01846_00
