Custom Coil-Over Suspension: Tesla Swapped Squarebody - Electric C10 Ep. 17

This week we’re taking our Tesla swapped C10 squarebody and focusing all of our attention on the suspension and handling! With all of the power this twin motor electric truck is putting down, we need to make sure it can handle the speed. While we wait for our KW coil-overs to make their way to the shop, we start working on our rear anti roll bar. Donny gets to use some of his roll cage as a sturdy mounting point, while Tim modifies the lower control arms to secure our linkages. Our Driveshaft Shop parts arrived before our KWs, which was perfect timing for us to create the clearances that we needed in our custom fabricated chassis and get everything mocked up in place. Once the KWs made their way to the shop we were able to start creating the custom brackets we needed to get these race ready C5 Corvette coil-overs on to the truck. We used our plasma cutter to make some wicked looking perches for these shocks to bolt to in the front and back of this truck, and designed a sweet overlay to give them a lit
