Effectively work your shoulders, core, glutes and hip flexors with a common athletic move known as mountain climbers. Relax; you don’t need to find a mountain! All you need is your body weight and the floor. And if you feel ready you can try my advanced option with a half ball or a stability ball. The thing I love about fitness is that you can adapt many moves to fit your current fitness level.
