USA. A heated confrontation between a homeowner in #LagunaBeach and a family sitting on the sand. The homeowner was seen yelling and cursing at the family before using rope to section off her property. (If she’s so sure it’s her property, why is she just then randomly throwing a rope around the sand? Doesn’t seem like a very formal/official way to cordon-off one’s property.)
