Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade - live in symphonic concert

Music composed by Maxime Goulet Game by Behaviour Interactive Performed on Sept. 29th 2017, by the Orchestre Métropolitain and conductor Dina Gilbert, during the Montreal Video Game Symphony: Warhammer 40,000 is a third-person MMORPG. The gamer becomes a character from one of four races—the Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Orks or Eldars—and takes on thousands of online gamers to defend fortresses and conquer territory. In the piece, the chorus incarnates the game’s four races. The Space Marines are vocalized by a classic men’s choir, while murmuring voices symbolize the Chaos Space marines, angelic women’s voices personify the Eldars and the Orks are represented by guttural throat singing that brings to mind the traditional hakas of the Maori people of New Zealand.
