Dutch PM Mark Rutte Tells Public Not to Shake Hands Over Coronavirus and Then Shakes With Colleague

The Dutch Prime Minister held a press conference to tell people in the Netherlands not to shake hands due to the coronavirus outbreak. Mark Rutte then turned and shook with Jaap van Dissel from the country’s Public Health Institute, who was sharing the platform with him.
