The three Australians unleashing a document of existential terror, combining dark mythology and Cormac McCarthy-inspired scenes of horror and desolation. Vayla’s baritone vocals book-ending the more ferocious tracks such as the title track and ‘Columns of Smoke’. The final track of the album, ‘The Black Plains II’ provides a fog covered descent into a primitive world.
