NINJA vs SAMURAI - Tokyo Gekiken Club 2023 Kenjutsu Highlights

🇪🇸 En este video hice una selección de los momentos que más me gustaron de varios enfrentamientos en los que participé como miembro de Bujinkan, en el Tokyo Gekiken Club durante el año 2023. El TGKC (東京撃剣俱楽部) es un club de puertas abiertas ubicado en Shibuya. Recibe a practicantes de cualquier escuela de Kenjutsu, que quieran explorar y poner a prueba su técnica de forma amistosa con miembros de otras escuelas. El club también brinda instrucción básica a principiantes o practicantes de Gendai budo (artes marciales modernas), haciendo foco en la forma tradicional de utilizar el sable (Kenjutsu - 剣術) en contraposición a la moderna (deportiva). La práctica es libre, no hay puntos, vencedor ni perdedor. Nadie te va a criticar, corregir o decir si lo que estás haciendo está bien o mal, a no ser que pidas opinión. Tu habilidad y técnica tienen ser capaces de hablar por vos. Tampoco hay restricciones de ningún tipo a la hora de combatir o atacar. Se pueden utilizar diferentes armas como también técnicas de Jujutsu en el combate cuerpo a cuerpo. Las únicas tres reglas que deben ser respetadas sin omisión son: 1 - Está prohibido lastimar a la persona con la que estás practicando. 2 - Los enfrentamientos se deben encarar con absoluta seriedad, la práctica no es un juego. 3 - Al combatir lo hacemos pensando que estamos usando un sable real. 🇺🇸 In this video I made a selection of the moments that I liked the most from various training sessions in which I participated as a Bujinkan member, at the Tokyo Gekiken Club during the year 2023. The TGKC (東京撃剣俱楽部) is an open-door club located in Shibuya. It welcomes practitioners of any Kenjutsu school, who want to explore and test their technique in a friendly way with members of other schools. The club also provides basic instruction to beginners or practitioners of Gendai budo (modern martial arts), focusing on the traditional way of using the sword (Kenjutsu - 剣術) as opposed to the modern (sporting) way. There are no restrictions of any kind when fighting or attacking. There are also no points, winner or loser. Different weapons can be used as well as Jujutsu techniques in hand-to-hand combat. No one is going to criticize you, correct you or tell you if what you are doing is right or wrong, unless you ask for their opinion. Your skill and technique must be able to speak for you.
