Truck catches fire, explodes

A sulfur plant company’s pickup truck ignited and exploded Thursday, July 15, 2010, in a Galveston convenience store parking lot. The flames damaged a nearby tractor-trailer and fuel pump. No injuries were reported. See for more information.
