Ingredients:
6 medium chicken thighs, bone removed and skin on (You can also use boneless, skinless if you wish.)
1⁄4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons corn starch
4 large scallions (green onions), chopped (Use both the greens and the whites.)
2 tablespoons oil for frying (I use olive oil.)
