West Valley City police kill Michael Chad Breinholt

Michael Chad Breinholt was killed by West Valley City police on Aug. 23, 2019, inside the DUI processing area at West Valley City Hall. Officials say Breinholt had a firm grip on one of the officers guns when he was shot by another officer.
