How Author Dr. Alice Rothchild Became an Activist for Palestine

Alice Rothchild is an author and filmmaker as well as an OB-GYN physician. Miko Peled and Alice talk about her traditional Jewish upbringing in Massachusetts and how she became an advocate for Palestinian rights. Alice talks about the backlash she’s faced among fellow physicians for speaking up about the medical realities in Palestine. Alice Rothchild, MD is a fascinating, dynamic, and unique person. I really enjoyed speaking with her in Seattle. Alice’s most recent book is Finding Melody Sullivan about a 16 year old American girl who visits her friend in Hebron in the West Bank.
