Health Therapy - Daily Martial Arts Body Preparation and Pain Release in only 10 Minutes
This simple and easy routine can be practice anywhere. It contains body conditioning motions, stretching, massage and Qigong exercices from Korean traditional medicine. It is best to be performed everyday, preferably in the morning, but it can also be added to your regular martial arts warm up, especially on the days you will train self defense techniques. It will help preventing injuries, relieving fatigue and releasing pain on stiff joints and muscles.
