Crimes of Government of Uzbekistan against humanity April 14, 2018 Horrific crime committed by government official of Uzbekistan against civilian 82 year old women Rose Uzbekova. Criminal officer of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Utkir Isametov was behind this horrific organized crime. Utkir ordered former convict Baxodir Beknazarov to kill Rose Uzbekova to get possession of her house. The same way Utkir took in his possession house of Rose’s neighbor and Utkir has intention to kill Zumrad another neighbor of Rose as well as other neighbors. Utkir drove Baxodir on December 1, 2017 to Rose’s house where Baxodir beaten up Rose, broke her teeth, peeked her eyes. Rose survived.
