WOD на 29/11/2012!!!

Today’s WOD is a Killer and it the first one we did in preparation for the CF Games Open. The instructions are below: 40/30/20/10 Kettle Bell Swings 60# Box Jumps 24“ Start off by doing 40 KB Swings and 40 Box Jumps, then 30 and 30 and so on all the way down to 10 of each each exercise. Enjoy :)
