Kaido Racer: 1971 Subaru R2 (K12)

I’ve been seeing this “street-racer“ style Subaru R-2 at almost every car-show I go to. It’s far from over-the-top but it does sport a modifications placing it in the Zokusha category. The R-2 from Subaru was the replacement for the popular 360. The R-2 was short-lived though as at the time cars were moving to the front-engined, front-wheel-drive layout.
