THE SIMPLEST 20-MINUTE KETO DINNER IS tender meatballs with beans
Ingredients:
1 carrot;
1 onion;
1 bunch of cilantro;
2 cloves of garlic;
400 gr. minced meat 50:50 (pork / beef);
400 gr. String beans;
1 egg;
vegetable or olive oil
Spices:
salt;
pepper;
bay leaf.
PREPARATION:
mix the minced meat with finely chopped garlic, onion and part of the cilantro, add egg and spices to taste, form meatballs and fry in oil in a frying pan. Boil the beans in salted water with the addition of bay leaf for 2-3 minutes, then fry with onions and carrots cut into strips. Garnish with herbs (coriander). Enjoy your meal!
