London. Lord Mayor of London unveils memorial for Lord Kitchener, who died in 1916 when his ship was destroyed by Germans. Lord Mayor and a priest / vicar stand on platform draped in Union Jack flag, in front of them is the Kitchener memorial covered with a white cloth. Another priest joins the Lord Mayor and the first priest on the platform. The Lord Mayor pulls a cord and the sheet falls from the memorial monument. The monument is white obelisk with cross and circle emblem on top. A man in the background gathers up the cloth and carries it off.
