Great fashion story showing how women are wearing the trousers in 1964. Beatnik type girl is seen wearing white jeans and a black PVC jacket. She looks at her watch then walks down the street. Another woman is seen in trousers, this time a very posh pink trouser and coat suit with hat to match. Woman walks up to some traffic lights and takes off her jacket. C/U of the trousers. A boy scout is amazed to see a woman wearing short trousers. He helps her aboard his ship. A woman wearing culottes gets up from a park bench and walks towards some trees. She wears patterned tights and hat to match. Exotic creation is modelled on the steps of “Quents“. The outfit features turquoise trousers with a pleated chiffon overskirt - it is quite something. The design is by the Rahvis sisters “one of London’s best known designing teams.“ The model poses.
