Went to a dermatologist 2. Took 2.5 Oral Minoxidil (You usually need a prescription) 3. Took Nutrfol- 2 in the morning and 2 at night. 4. Vegamour Shampoo and Conditioner (Washed my hair every other day) Direct with 20% off Off - Amazon- 5. Vegamour Hair Serum- (Put on after I showered and the night before I showered) Direct with 20% off Off - Amazon- 6. Rosemary Oil - 7. Scalp Brush/ Massager- (Used to get shampoo, Conditioner, hair serum and rosemary oil into my hair better and to stimulate the hair). 8. Red Light Therapy- iRestore Essential Laser Hair Growth System - (Used every other day at my desk) 9. Coconut oil treatment- I would put this all over my hair for a night treatment and shower the next day. 10. Silk Pillows to sleep on at night!
