The Deep State with their last ammunition... Ukraine was preparing to assassinate Vladimir Putin at a parade in St. Petersburg on July 28th, Russian Navy Day. This was exactly 15 days after the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov said that Ukrainian special services were preparing an attack in Russia on Navy Day. If successful, this would have started WWIII with nuclear ramifications. Russia believed that the US was aware of the assassination attempt and was involved in it. In the past, Senator Lindsey Graham has publicly called for the assassination of Putin.
