Rishi Sunak picked Silverstone race course as the location to unveil his Conservative Party manifesto - the pitch on which he hopes to win re-election. It contained £17 billion worth of tax cuts as well as measures aimed at helping people get onto the housing ladder and moves to try to reduce immigration numbers.
