Russia recalls its ambassador in US after Biden comments

Russia has recalled its ambassador from the United States after President Joe Biden labelled Vladimir Putin a “killer”. Ambassador Anatoly Antonov was recalled to Moscow last week to discuss the future of the relationship between the two countries. Former Pentagon advisor Jason Israel says it’s a relatively minor actions one can take in diplomacy.
