1 Hour // No Repeat HIIT Workout

Ok, you asked for it! It’s time to power through todays 1 hour No Repeat HIIT in the new studio whoop whoop!! 60 different exercises that you only have to perform one time each. We are adding weights to this HIIT workout for added resistance and intensity. We are targeting all the major muscle groups with this total body workout and will be building strength and endurance.
