How to do TAI CHI exercise in 6 minutes with 6 movements.
This is the ultimate tai chi exercise program to help busy people to make use of their busy time to do a simple 6 movements to feel serene and relax so as they can continue to focus on their busy life style.
Just follow the exercise and repeat them as many times as you can.
To get good result repeat at least 3 times
The movement names are as follows
Beginning
1) Lazy To Tie Coat 1:30
2) Brush Knee 9:00
3) Double Punch 10:30
4) Tighten the Horse 10:30
5) Lazy to Tie Coat 10:30
6) Cross hands 12:00
Ending
