FAUX FIREPLACE AND MANTEL DIY + holiday decorate with me! | Rustic + Realistic

I’ve always wanted a mantel to display my favourite decors but living in Malaysia, we don’t need a fireplace, and a mantel without fireplace looks just like a shelf, so i made a faux fireplace instead. It’s giving that vibe and not taking too much space as this is going to be in the tiny dining area. It helps brighten up the wall too so that’s a bonus. I must say i really love the rustic look of it, it looks rather realistic to me and give me warmth visually when the weather is chilly. I’ve never seen anyone made a faux fireplace this way so, please let me know what you think! is it a yay or nay? Get warm and stay safe friends.
