* Ingredients (Make 24 pieces gyoza)*
250g cabbage (preferably pointed sweet heart cabbage)
20g chives
1 spring onion (20g)
2-3 shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon cornflour or potato starch
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Gyoza wrappers
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil for frying
-- for the gyoza dipping sauce --
1 tablespoon soysauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
A bit of Ra-Yu chilli oil (optional)
