Bentley House Mini’s Collab Video What a dream come true! I was inspired to start my YouTube channel after watching Bentley House Minis videos. I am so over the moon about this collaboration and the two signed chairs Ara made for me. For this collaboration, Ara made things for my project: the Gryffindor Common Room in 1:12 scale. I made minis for Ara’s 1:24 scale Fairfield dollhouse. Watch me make 20 half scale dollhouse miniatures using simple methods and everyday materials. These items would work well in 1:16 or 1:24 as well to fit your Lundby, Scandinavian Families, & R Bliss dollhouses. You could make any of these minis in 1:16 or 1:12 scale instead. The crocheted blanket was made by TiffSniffer on Etsy 1/2 scale retro table dimensions: top: in x .75 in smaller top: .75 in x .5 in The legs are .5 in long. The rails that hold the smaller top are 3/8 in long. Double the dimensions to make a 1:12 scale version. I’m modifying Ara’s 1:12 scale fireplace room box to use as the Gryffindor Common Room 1:12 scale fireplace room box 1:24 scale fireplace room box This is the company that sells the 1:12 room box I showed in the video. Some of my favorite things: Miter Shears- these are the clippers I use to cut pieces of wood and toothpicks etc Oyu Pla/Oyumaru reusable mold putty Cheaper clear mold putty I haven’t tried 2 oz bottle of Diamond Glaze 8 oz bottle of Diamond Glaze Heat gun- I use mine to quickly dry paint, soften the glue to dismantle furniture and quickly cure polymer clay without an oven. Gets a lot hotter than a hair dryer.
