EASY 15-MINUTE CHINESE PORK MINCE NOODLES FOR A BUSY WEEKNIGHT DINNER! 青椒肉末面

This is a super fast and easy Chinese noodle recipe that you can easily and quickly make on any weeknight (takes only 15 minutes!). A good choice if you don’t feel like rice! Make sure you use thinner soup noodles as they pair better with this dish. I used wheat noodles but egg noodles also work if they’re thin soup noodles.
