Testing new Magnetic Tensioner on 200mm Coil Winder

CNC 200mm Coil winder with new tensioners that we now have in stock. Quick test of wire doing 5000 turns on guitar pickup bobbin at 1500 RPM We are still playing around with the Back Tension setting that determines the angle of the fishing line ! as it looks like it should be higher up. The main goal is to keep it below the red line but not to have it bang out on the downwards stop. In the video it shows it pretty well static with little movement, but there is actually more travel available on the downwards stroke but with the light tension it seems happy where it is and the coil came out really good.
