Early on in their journey outside Midgar, Cloud and company come to the town of Kalm. Beyond its gates are the expansive grasslands, though which they must travel on foot or by chocoboback. It’s here that they meet Billy, a rancher raising chocobos, who can help them cross the treacherous swamp, and are reunited with an old acquaintance
