Cooperation expanding: Russia hands over new missile frigate to India

A newly built warship, commissioned by the Indian navy, has been handed over in a grand ceremony in the Russian region of Kaliningrad, attended by New Delhi’s defense minister. RT correspondent Roman Kosarev was there.
