Hello Friends! I hope you will enjoy this tutorial because I really love this pendant. As for the backing, I left it untouched because I loved the way it looked and I was adding resin to the top which helps the pieces stick together (although they were holding pretty well on their own). If you choose not to apply resin, I would recommend to roll out a very thin piece of clay and add it to the back after the the pendant is baked and then bake it once again. I have a see thru hole in the middle of my pendant so if I was adding the backing, I would cut out the whole to keep the pendant see thru. Let me know how your pendants turn out! Ta, ta!
