GIven that the game was released on both Sega and Nintendo’s 16-bit consoles, I decided to play the SNES version and take a look to see if there are any noticeable differences between the two platforms. The first thing that’s immediately noticeable is the improved music on the SNES version, which features digital samples. Despite the improvement in the music, the sound effects seem slightly muffled compared to the MD version. Graphically, both titles are very similar, but there are noticeable differences.
