HOW TO TRAIN LIKE A WARRIOR - PERSIAN YOGA SESSION

Here’s a longer version of my Zurkaneh/Persian Yoga Session. - Based off “Fony’s Program” which I posted the other day, I set a 30 minute limit and tried to get through as much as possible of it at 60% of Max Heart Rate. • This is my favourite way of doing “cardio” and using it for my Low Intensity Steady State at the moment instead of something I find boring like swimming 🏊‍♂️ , cycling 🚵‍♂️, or jogging. • For me it feels great and I enjoy this style of training. I just hum away for 30 minutes with no rest, walking from one exercise straight into the next. I get into a great mental state of calmness and relaxation. A kind of moving meditation. • Aim is to increase the amount of work completed within a 30 minute time frame for the next 2 months, then increase the time to 45-60mins as my conditioning improves. • The Indian clubs, and Sheena (Push Up board) are from @bodymindfit and are incredible tools to work with. •
