ESO - Stamina Sorcerer 139k PvE DPS Build - U40

Hey guys! Nothing has really changed on stamsorc since last patch. The only related adjustment in u40 is the Pillar of Nirn nerf. PoN is slightly worse then it used to be, but is still very very strong. Aegis and nirn are about even in terms of damage but aegis seems to edge it out by just a tad. My potion didn’t go off in execute otherwise this probably would have been so damage is really close to where it was in u39. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Two weeks ago, I heard the truly saddening news of the passing of my friend xfgsd (Josh). Josh was a very talented player and an extremely gifted sorc main. Him and I would spend many hours together parsing, theorycrafting builds, and just talking ESO and life in general.
