M/S’s of ornate candles and holders in a cathedral. Several more diagrams of advancements made in candlestick holders. The commentator demonstrate how gas can be made. C/U’s of a clay pie being filled with coal dust and then sealed. The bowl of the clay pipe is then heated and a match is put to the end of the stem and a small blue flames
