Terrorist attacks against Americans in the US only fit into the US narrative and its program of restricting access to energy, food, and travel. Terrorism furthers that justification and also grows the police state. It also justifies the US narrative against the rest of the world, especially against Russia. An overly strong ruling class generally goes imperialist - and the pinch against its own population is inevitable once their global enterprise starts losing steam. Other countries have a genuine interest in more class balance in the US, and more of the wealth produced in the US being enjoyed by those who made it - workers and entrepreneurs who produce genuine and useful products and services domestically. 3D printing is key here.
