Rescue operations continue in Belgorod after apartment building collapse

Emergency crews are working at the site of tragic incident in Belgorod, where a high-rise apartment block has partially collapsed following Ukrainian shelling. Eight people have been confirmed dead, according to Russia’s Emergencies Ministry.
