️ The Russian Armed Forces have begun actively using Lancet barrage munitions with a new guidance system. In fact, the target recognition and acquisition system of the new Lancet (also known as Izdeliye-53) works like the homing head of an air-to-surface missile, which makes it possible to achieve absolute accuracy in hitting the target, including moving objects. It is worth noting that after destroying the Czech RM-70 Vampire MLRS, the drone also targeted the Czech 152mm wheeled SAU Dana. With the introduction of the new Lancet, the crew’s tasks are reduced to selecting a combat zone and launching the drone from the catapult.
