Vegetable garden lesson | Le Cordon Bleu Paris

Culinary Arts students discovered the vegetable garden of the new Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute. 800 m² of greenery on the roof with 52 planters containing a variety of fruit and vegetables as well as numerous aromatic herbs, but also bee hives for producing honey, 4 compost bins and, soon to be installed, an insect hotel. Students not only had the opportunity to learn a great deal, but also to taste the different vegetables and aromatic herbs. More information on our website:
