As avid fans of history, we were always interested in the wars and battles, in armies and generals, in peace treaties and rebellions. Inevitably, we decided to create a documentary series that will depict these wars and battles. We decided to use both animation and game engines (Total War: Rome 2’s engine for this one). This video is our first attempt, so some problems should be expected. We really put our heart and soul into this work and would really appreciate your feedback. Our first documentary is on Roman - Seleucid Syrian War and battles of Thermopylae and Magnesia. This war reshaped the map of the Eastern Mediterranean in II century BC and was the biggest war of its time with a quarter of a million warriors taking part in the hostilities on both sides.
