Indoor Bodyweight Conditioning: Resistance Band Sprints

Without a doubt, sprints are one of the best and hardest conditioning exercises you can do. Of course it all depends on the intensity and if you are giving it your 100%. I said it many times before, anything above 15sec and you are doing aerobics. Also the work/rest period should be at least 1/5, meaning that if you doing 10sec sprints, you should rest at least 50sec if you want to repeat that sprint with similar effort. Tabata sprints?
