“Breathe“ - (Original By Roxette) - HIDDEN JAMS

One of my favourite things is the Per Gessle (songwriter for Roxette) demo archive. I admire his songwriting and it’s so cool to hear songs in their earlier stages! This cover of Breathe is based on the demo version of the song. Mainly because the key of the album version isn’t doable for me at all. To some this songs might appear to be pretty lame. While I can understand that, I obviously disagree. To me, there is a certain melancholy in the melody and chords. The lyrics are pretty dark, too. I hope you will enjoy my version of the song and if you do, the Roxette version is cool too! But I prefer the Per Gessle demo personally.
