the turbine hasn’t started running properly yet and I’m not sure why possible reasons???

greetings, the turbine isn’t working properly at the moment. the fact that wind is coming from the east does not help at all as the trees are 15 ft and the tower is only 20 ft, This is something that will have to be addressed and I don’t know what to do about it, I need to rest at the moment because my legs are so bad I can’t really do anything, I’m just open. it starts working because I bought another camera so we can have a live stream running with the meter. so if you see a live stream going it means it got started, like I said that could be many different things. it could be the cable. the motor might just be too hard to turn. I don’t know at the moment.
